The core focus of the role is to collaborate with the business, guiding the definition and facilitation of future-state products and standards essential for the efficient flow of our customers' products within the courier network. Additionally, you'll craft strategies for capturing and utilising data to enhance network performance. This role will see you engaging with SME's and executive level stakeholders from across the organisation, contributing to the processes, standards and data management of the network. You'll be the interface between network operations channels, marketing, sales and ultimately our customers so great interpersonal skills are essential.
